Returns Policy
  • You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). We will pay the return shipping costs within the UK using Royal Mail First Class 'Signed For' if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defected item, etc.). If you think you may need to return an item DO NOT open it, you can inspect an item as you would in a shop before deciding to purchase, this does not involve opening or testing the product. If the item has been opened we reserve the right to charge a 10% repackaging fee or refuse a refund entirely.

  • International customers will be charged £8 to cover customs handling fees for the returned items. International customers may pay return postage costs.

  • If you have a faulty item you have 6 weeks from the date of purchase to report the fault (please note: the date of purchase, not the date you received the item), then 2 weeks to return the item. Faulty item complaints will not be accepted beyond this period. Business to business sales is not subject to standard consumer rights covered by Distance Selling Regulations. Cash refunds are only available for unused items returned within 14 days of purchase or faulty items reported in the first 30 days.

  • You have 3 days from the date of delivery to report any missing or wrong items in your order. We keep detailed records including batch numbers of items sent and the weight of the parcel, this information is used to help resolve any missing item complaints.
     

  • You should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (estimated 1 - 10 business days in the UK), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 - 3 business days), and the time it takes Paypal or your bank to process the funds' request (1 - 3 business days).

  • If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

  • Return Address ( please include a note with your reason for return, order number and name) always get a tracking number to prove returns have been delivered. You are responsible for ensuring safe delivery when returning items, any items lost in the post when returning will require the sender (you) to claim against the courier.
