• Normal Next Day Guaranteed by Royal Mail costing £8.50 does not include Saturday Delivery. Saturday Guaranteed Delivery is available for £13.50.

Shipping

• COLLECTIONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE, ALL ITEMS DISPATCHED BY COURIER ONLY.

• Please always provide valid contact information, orders can be delayed or cancelled if you are a new customer and we can not verify your identity.

• We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We may require international customers to contact us before making shipping options available to them.

• When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the time of day you ordered ( see dispatch times below) and the shipping options you choose.
   

• Please also note that the shipping rates for items we sell are value-based. All items sent via Royal Mail or Parcelforce depending on your shipping address are dispatched the very same day if you order before 11.00 am Monday - Friday. No items are dispatched on Weekends or Bank Holidays.

Weekend purchases

• Items ordered after 11.00 am Friday cannot be dispatched over the weekend.
