Hairworkz founder Michelle Minter has worked in the hairdressing industry for over 25 years. After working her way up to senior stylist in well-known salons, she decided to open her own. It soon became successful due to Michelle's natural creative flair and passion for always keeping on trend, attaining training from Wella & L'Oréal. Michelle first introduced hair extensions within her salon 15 years ago; it was a great success which led to creating a further three salons, with the sole focus on specialising in hair extensions and hair for special occasions. During this time, she found poor consistency in hair quality and service from hair suppliers, so she decided to research the hair extension market and source her brand. Michelle has travelled the globe attending hair shows and quality sourcing destinations. It's taken her several years of testing samples from various suppliers to find the proper manufacturer that produces the luxury quality & consistency.

Hairworkz co-founder Jordan Webb is the sales & business manager with inside knowledge about the hair market, what clients want and what technicians need. As partners, Hairworkz promises to offer hair extension professionals all they need to become a thriving business.
